Returns & Refunds


Within Peru, changes will only be accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. These changes can only be made in our Showroom located at Calle Piura 740 - F Miraflores, Lima, Peru.
Changes can only be made once.
Changes in products have to be made with your order confirmation or a sales invoice.
Changes are only accepted if the product is in perfect conditions and left in the store with original packaging. You can also send us the product to our Showroom and change it for other of the same or greater value (canceling the difference), there will not be store credit for exchanges or minor value. Philomena Peru is not responsible for any shipping costs to make the change.
No changes are accepted on products that are used and in the same condition as delivered.
The company does not make refunds of money in any case.
Exchanges made outside of Peru are not accepted.
